Projects/frameworks they are currently tendering for

  • 47-50 Mark Lane – BAM Construction are currently the preferred bidder for the scheme and are due to go into PCSA with the client In Q4 2024. It is a new build commercial / retail scheme opposite the Tower of London, consisting of the demolition of the existing commercial / retail building, retaining of the existing basement box, and the construction of a new RC frame building with PCC and glazed façade.
  • 20 Giltspur Street – BAM Construction are currently in a PSCA with the client for the scheme. It is a cut & carve refurbishment scheme of an existing commercial building near St Pauls. Works are due to commence on site in Q1 2025.
  • 55 Old Broad Street – BAM Construction are currently in a PCSA with Landsec. The scheme consists of the demolition of the existing commercial / retail building, and the construction of a new 23 storey RC frame commercial building. Works are not due to commence on site until late 2025.
  • Broadgate Tower – BAM Construction are currently in a PCSA with the client for the scheme. The scheme consists of the construction of a new 4 storey steel frame extension to the existing tower and refurbishment to the existing commercial spaces within the tower near Liverpool Street.
